Update, 0.1c is released.

A few changes, mostly ones that were annoying people.

There is no need for +stats anymore. It's just toggled by /cg_stats 0-1

Some prediction fixes, IE: ghosting through players.

Mini score-board shows clientNum's too.

JA++ server specific things added (Full scoreboard with 32 entries, including a proper read of X/32 players with the scoreboard - Was only reading up to 20 earlier)

cp_pluginDisable, cp_login, cp_clanPWD all work now.

Other misc stuff I've forgotten by now.

Remember to keep me updated with all of your feedback, questions, concerns, ideas.

Chances are there is already an option for what you want, and if there isn't there soon will be =]

Please, just give it a try. If you don't already like it, tell me why :O

for some reason I can't get the mini Scoreboard to display anything but 10 people. I tried lowering and raising the number, also when I type /cg_miniscoreboard in console It shows the default number is 3 yet it shows 10 on the scoreboard. So help? lol

The duel shader is customisable, as I said :P

The HUD isn't done, that's just an example of what it will be like.

The ticker, at the moment, is used for all announcements you'd usually see in the center of your screen (You know, when you really don't want something in the way T_T)

I'm also thinking of new menus to add (Things like changing teamchat mode)

Could you add a menu for changing your chat color? I don't really like using UU and I've always wondered if it was possible to put some sort of menu for choosing chat color. Not sure if this has been talked about already either...

Tried it for the 1st time today... much cleaner than original japlus..1stperson view is awsome but only gets playable with sabers with some tweaking.. maybe u should make thouse tweeks default. Also i would love new animations for emotes and with them a emote popup menu in console.

Something like:

I press X

- Emote menu comes up with following options:

Love - 1

Hate -2

Taunt - 3

Dance - 4

I press 1

Kiss - 1

Hot Kiss - 2

Hug - 3

Wave - 4

etcetc

Im really tired of binding emotes and people could get used to using them like this...it's like buying weapons in coutner strike...u just start doing it very fast

X11

X23

X44

do u get what im saying?

I would like to see people still connecting or in spec a bit differently then the normal people, who have joined in the mini scoreboard.

Then I will only have to press tab for reloading skins (and for updating the mini scoreboard).

A voice-chat style menu for emotes...hmm...I'd need to do some poking around. Might be possible.

I'll be caught up with college work for a bit though. Currently writing a scripting engine for an interface for a game (Basically writing JA's UI module from scratch :P)

In Tribes 2 I have a script that allows hud elements to be moved about. Press the key that it's bound to and it brings up a little gui with the names of different hud elements and another tab of hud elements added by mods and or scripts; lying right besides these is a a few buttons to toggle some crap (which escapes me at the moment 7.7) but I do know one of them toggled ghosts of the hud bit that you we're moving, and another opened up a menu of saved HUD configs. probably might not be possible .

I have no intention of redoing JA's menu scripting engine. It is so..freaking..horrid. Do not want to touch x.x

*writes an even more horrid engine*

I think we'll avoid new menu functionality, but I do still want menus for RGB sabers, hud positioning, etc..

Fix? What's wrong with it? Apart from the default height being too low..meep..

The chat-box in the current release was made from scratch, it's the fixed version I'd been working on.

Increase the amount of chatlines displayed on screen. I have mine set to 10 and the height way up + chatfade to ensure that text won't go under the screen.

/cg_chatLines 10

/cg_chatfade 1 or something like that

then adjust the height of the chatbox using the cg_chathud commands

Yeah, sorry, the default value of cg_hudChatY should be 400. I forgot to change that before quickly releasing.

All chat issues should be fixed. Almost.

I noticed I left the old chatbox active for team chat.

So I wonder, would people like a separate chat-box for team-chat, or to keep it in the regular chat-box?
