Wanting To Invite (JAWA) To Your Event?

Be it a one-off random event, a clan match, celebratory day or even a tournament, you've found the right area of the forum to post in!

 

You probably have a date/time that works for your clan/group but to check that it doesn't conflict with anything on our end, you can view our calendar HERE

You can view the calendar in a monthly/weekly/daily format or even as an event stream

 

You can also filter  events using the colour key. 

Note that (JAWA) typically use (JAWA) Time which is GMT, so if you use a different time zone, please reference it in your post.

 

To ensure that your invitation is read by as many people as possible (including organisers), you may want to tag the most relevant people. On these forums, to tag a member use @ immediately followed by the member's forum name such as @System. Following your @ symbol, a drop down predictive menu should appear, based on the characters that you type:

• Ambassadors (that handle non-competitive inter-clan events and social ties) can be found HERE
• Knights (that compete in clan matches and other competitive events) can be found HERE
• Councilors (that can provide higher admin support on our server, such as /ammerc and /amempower, or if you have any issues that you would like to discuss) can be found HERE. 

After making your invitation, you should start to get some replies from members that can make it including confirmation from an ambassador / knight / council. We'd recommend bumping your invitation on the day of your event as well, to remind anyone interested.
