Screenshots are allowed JUST be creative. Don't leave them unedited! Signatures resolution must be 500x250 or less. Make sure you do stick to the size limit. Width AND height. Entries with more pixels than the size limit won't be put up for the vote! Do not use your past work which has already been submitted to the competition. Do not use work that has been taken from another Author. No Nudity. No offensive remarks. Breaking any of these rules can, and will, lead to disqualification from the current weeks SoTW. Participants can also write about their submitted signature. To do so, please write it underneath a title, Creator's Note. It will then be pasted under your submission in the voting stage. Helena Revan Posted January 3 Report Share Posted January 3 Artist's Note: Spoiler Made with ModView and Gimp. This is a take-off on the "distracted boyfriend meme", which is often adapted with text. Here I used Impact Condensed, a font associated with memes, although I didn't use white with a black outline for obvious reasons! The text and colours refer both to IronSkull86 and various flavours of Mountain Dew! Irons' skin used to have only blue and red options, but when I edited it for him I added the green one that he uses most of the time now. Everyone knows he loves his Dew—he likes Voltage (the blue one) too, but not Code Red, hence his annoyance at the distracted boyfriend! The background image is a street in Mos Eisley. I desaturated and blurred it a bit to match the original meme, although I didn't blur the foreground IronSkull. I also made sure he was okay with my submitting this to SotW! 3 Link to comment
