Abused & banned for no good reason

Please explain in your own words what happened:
This did not happen on Jawa server but on Onyx FFA server, however, since this apparently falls within your sphere of influence I’m taking this matter to you as I was instructed to.

 

In the heat of the moment I accidentaly lamed an innocent bystander. Realizing my mistake, I promtly apologized. However this bystander, named Radar or something, I can’t recall exactly, started shouting “F****** LAMER!!!” At this point an admin called Onyx.shemale became involved, immediately muting me and forcefully putting me to sleep. This bystander and the admin were now chatting in private, I couldn’t know what they were saying. After a while Onyx.shemale walked over to me and said “Alright, I’m gonna go with my guts and ban you, if you’ve got something to complain about, you can take your complaints to Jawa clan.” Then I was banned, just like that.

How would you suggest we avoid an incident like this in the future?:
Tell Onyx.shemale not to ban players without at least hearing them out first!

Unfortunately, as this didn't happen on our server nor did it involve any of our members, this really isn't anything to do with us.
If you were instructed to come to us, I can only think that it was to troll us after banning you.

I'm very sorry this has happened and that we can not do anything about it.
