(JAWA) is always trying it's best to find ways to reward it's members for their efforts. This page lists every award that is possible to achieve whilst in the clan. Some awards are based on events that happen rarely, such as being a competitor/winner of The (JAWA) Ladder which happens once a year. Members may at any time, send IronSkull86 a Personal Message with a suggestion that a member receives an award. If you send a suggestion to a leader, please ensure they are as detailed as possible with reasons for why you are suggesting the specific member.
The Hall of Fame contains members who have made a big impact on the clan whether it just be their friendly presence, suggestions, help or anything else beneficial to the clan. These members are honoured by being entered into the Hall of Fame, this area contains the names of those honoured and a link to their personal profile and with a few comments from the nominating leader, council member and their friends.
In January 2006, SiLink added a lot of Hall Of Fame entries at once. This was due to the fact that SiLink wanted to thank all those members that were no longer with the clan from the past, many of whom didn't actually contribute much visually but contributed a lot by being active members of the clan and with their friendly presences.
An award personalized to the person receiving it. When a member has a lot of Contribution Award's, and they're already in the Hall of Fame, then this award may be given out depending on whether the Leaders agree. Only very big achievements will result in this award being given out e.g. Helena Revan when she won it for her 5 years service as a Council Member.
The Contribution Award was created by SiLink on the 30th December 2007 when he saw the opportunity to reward those who helped the clan in a specific way other than just a small thanks.
Unlike the Hall Of Fame, this award is given to those who have helped (JAWA) greatly in a specific area and can be given to clan members and non clan members. It can also be given to the same person more than once for different contributions to the clan. The award also can be given to non clan members that have helped (JAWA) in a big way. The first person to receive the honour was Jasp.
The participation award is given once a month to someone who The Council feels has really put in a lot of effort for the clan more than anyone else. It was introduced in October 2010 when it became clear that an award to show recognition for hard work was needed. Unlike the Contribution Award, the participation award is given to a member who has done a lot for the clan but perhaps not quite enough to deserve a Contribution Award. This in no way means that this award is a less meaningful award, it can be given alongside other awards to truly show The Council's appreciation. Think of this as more of an employee of the month sort of award.
Somewhat of a spoof of the Oscar given out at the Academy Awards, it is given to members who are nominated by members for an award in the yearly (JAWA) Honours.
This badge is given out to everyone who joins (JAWA) as a welcome gift. It was originally designed to be part of a t-shirt design intended for the (JAWA) Store but was later scaled down to become what you see.
Early days of (JAWA), this was given out to Council Members who were chosen by SiLink to become co-leaders along side him. Now the Medal is given out to members who become Leaders. You can find the current leaders on the Members page, or find out more about past leaders on the Leaders page.
A special medal that was designed for Matt and Iniowe who were the founders of (JAWA). Nightwing gave this to SiLink, when he named him as one of the Founders.
The winner of The (JAWA) Ally Open Tournament will receive this award on their profile page (If they are a member of (JAWA) allies are free to use this image if they win a tournament.
Once a member has successfully won every event in The (JAWA) League they'll receive the status of being a Grand Slam Champion and this medal as an award for their accomplishment.
Whenever somebody advances up the ladder of The Power 10 and captures the first place spot, they'll be given this award for their achievement. This was formerly the award for The Super 20.
If a member has donated via PayPal or in other ways to the clan, then they will receive a medal as a thank you for their contribution as well as being listed on the Donations page.
Given to a member who has won 100 Signature of the Week competitions. This award was made specifically for when Nightwing became the first person to reach 100 wins.
The ambassador badge is given to a member who wishes to build/maintain relations with other clans whether they be allies or not. They can do this by becoming an Ambassador.
This award is given out to members of the (JAWA) Videos crew, formerly the Movies crew received an older award. This has since replaced the award. This club has since been disbanded.
