The leaders of (JAWA) are responsible for the majority of the day to day running of the clan. Responsibilities vary in capacity ranging from writing a participation award speech once a month to the daily monitoring of the backbone services (Website, Forum and Server) of the clan. In the history of the clan, there have been very few leaders that have actually had leadership tasks. In the early years there were several people who were promoted to leader who simply weren't given the same responsibilities as SiLink at the time but rather to act as a guide and manager of the Council instead. As of the 2nd March 2013, Nightwing became a full leader of (JAWA) which saw SiLink hand over a lot of the responsibilities he's had for the past 7-8 years. In March 2014, just over a year since Nightwing became leader, Zantos was elected as the second co-leader to work alongside Nightwing. In August 2014, Nightwing and Zantos decided to bring SiLink back into leadership. This would dramatically change the way the leadership would work together. This would become a trio-leadership and the roles would be the same with certain ones being distributed to those more suited. On December 14th 2014, Zantos decided that it was his time to step down as leader, his real life becoming the focus of his attention. He will be missed as a member of the leadership and he will always be remembered as one of the most effective leaders I have ever known. On the 20th February 2016, SiLink decided to retire from leadership, leaving Nightwing as the solo, and current leader. In August 2016, SiLink returned as co-leader alongside Nightwing, though stepped down February 2017. Instead of opting to stay as solo leader again, Nightwing opted to promote Jacobie to be a leader alongside him. On the 24th November 2017, Nightwing entered into retirement to focus on things happening in his real life after serving an incredible 4 years and 8 months. Doc and System were appointed as leaders and Jacobie continued to work alongside them. On the 2nd January 2018, just over one month since retiring from leader, Nightwing returned at the request of the leaders and Doc stepped down to council to focus on his family and life outside of (JAWA). On the 1st May 2018, Jacobie entered retirement to focus on his extremely busy life with the intent of returning in the future. On the 16th May 2018, System decided to retire from the leadership due to getting increasingly busy with life outside of (JAWA). Just a day after, Jacobie returned to leadership after being retired for just 16 days to resume his duties with the retirement of System and a short one week leave of absence announced by Nightwing. On the 30th September 2018, After a long time testing and training him up, Nightwing and Jacobie chose Diab to become a leader of (JAWA). This began a new trio to lead the clan and we look forward to seeing how things progress going forward. On the 4th December 2018, Nightwing decided to step down into retirement. This left Jacobie and Diab as the 2 leaders in charge. Diab ended up retiring on the 7th December 2018, leaving Jacobie as the sole leader once again. Diab took a Clan Supporter role so he could still help with Leadership for the time being. Diab would be asked by Jacobie to return temporarily as a leader to assist in the day-to-day running of the clan on the 22nd January 2019 for 2 months. After multiple leadership changes in the past 2 years, on the 10th March 2019, Robin was chosen to take up the mantle of leader. Jacobie would officially step down on the 19th March 2019 and would go into retirement. On the 24th April, 2019, Jacobie decided it was time to return to help with the clan from a leader position after a long talk with Robin. On the 8th June 2019, it was decided that Robin would step down and become a Clan Supporter moving forward, Jacobie would remain as the sole leader. Jacobie would find himself too busy to continue to lead the clan and asked the council to choose the next leader amongst themselves. The council decided to name a new duo leadership in both TheDoctor and Crysophylax moving forward with Jacobie stepping down into the Clan Supporter role. On the 22nd June 2022 Jacobie returned to the leader seat alongside Doctor. With Cyrso and Doctor becoming busy with IRL commitments it was decided (JAWA) needed more activity up top. With Cryso stepping down the clan kept a two-headed leadership. On the 11th August 2023, Jacobie stepped down with both Doctor and Diab returning to help train the next leadership. On the 9th September 2023, both RoseTyler and IronSkull86 were chosen to become the next leaders of (JAWA) with both of them agreeing to have Diab stay on to assist them moving forward. |

I've been a part of this amazing community on and off since May of 2013 and in that time I have been privileged enough to have been elected to the Council 3 times and now I have the honor of becoming a Leader alongside two people I consider a couple of my closest friends! I look forward to working with both Rose and Diab to bring this clan into a new era! I will do my absolute best not to let any of you down!!

I've been a member of the clan on and off since 2012 and I've served on the Council for over 4 years! I'm so happy to have been given the chance to now be apart of this co-leadership with two amazing members and friends. I look forward to helping make this clan even better and follow in my wonderful fiancé's footsteps as Leader! I hope to do you all proud.
