On the 27th February 2018, Matt decided to return to the clan as a full member, as he hadn't been a 'Padawan' before, he was presented with this rank today! This was done by Nightwing & System.
Matt went into retirement on the 30th October 2016
On the 1st March 2014, Matt was removed due to his activity level. We wish him all the best in the future.
On the 9th July 2013, Matt made his return to the clan after nearly 8 years! This was after some detective work from SiLink who also gave him the choice of Initiate or Founder. After much deliberation, he settled on Initiate with the choice of returning to the Founder rank in the future.
When (JAWA) moved from ClanWarriors to SJEWeb Matt vanished without a trace... nothing was ever heard from him again... He never replied to his emails and just stopped appearing completely.
Matt mysteriously turned up on the server again after around a years absence and everyone was crowding around him. Everyone on MSN was shouting at SiLink trying to get him onto the server. After SiLink met with Matt and asked him a few questions where by only those two knew the answers. SiLink confirmed to everyone that this was the real Matt and he was instantly given the rank of Leader.
A few months after founding (JAWA) and recruiting a few members (Including Eclipse and SiLink, Matt vanished for almost a year leaving (JAWA) leaderless.
Matt was inducted into the (JAWA)Hall of Fame by SiLink on the 25th January 2006 Here is what SiLink and others said about Matt:
Matt is the co-creator of (JAWA), which he founded in 2004 alongside his friend Iniowe. So it's fair to say that without him, the clan would not exist, making them both equally earning of a place in our Hall of Fame.
Back in 2004, he was a very quiet and reserved guy, often training anyone who would be willing to accept his teachings in the X-Wing area on Tatooine. His impact early on with the clan members can't be understated, he had an aura which I still haven't seen to this day. When he spoke, people listened. I still remember the time I got messaged over MSN by clan members shouting at me to get on the server because Matt had finally returned to the clan after vanishing for many months. He was stood there with his Jawa skin, surrounded by other Jawas. It was such a sight and it's burnt into my memory.
Not many people are around anymore that knew Matt at the time, he has however come/gone several times over the course of the clan's lifetime as you can see above.
Matt is the co-creator of the (JAWA) Clan, he loved to train (JAWA)'s and he loved his clan mates. He was my first trainer on Jedi Academy. Sadly he vanished for 7 months without a trace. Then one day someone alerted me that someone had the name (JAWA)FounderMatt on the server. At first i thought this was someone trying to cause trouble, but he was the real deal. Matt was instantly made a co-leader of the clan. But when he was given this power he vanished and returned randomly. There has been no word were Matt is and procedures to get him back are under way but sadly it looks like we've lost him for good as its been since December 2005 since we last saw him.
Matt was one of my best friends in (JAWA). We had long conversations on MSN, i got to know him very well. Had lots of fun on The server he always loved doing random events just a guy who wanted to have fun instead of being one of many standing around green bubble and chat bubble people. Going to miss you Matt we had epic fun. Hope you are safe Baseball Boy!
