Participation Award

Introduction

The Participation Award Ribbon. The participation award is given once a month to someone who The Council feels has really put in a lot of effort for the clan more than anyone else. It was introduced in October 2010 when it became clear that an award to show recognition for hard work was needed. Unlike the Contribution Award, the participation award is given to a member who has done a lot for the clan but perhaps not quite enough to deserve a contribution award. This in no way means that this award is a less meaningful award, it can be given alongside other awards to truly show the council's appreciation. Think of this as more of an member of the month sort of award. Winners are usually recognized in front of many members at the The (JAWA) League, as well as being congratulated on the forums and recorded here for posterity. Members may send suggestions to IronSkull86, Diab, or The Council via forum personal message if they think someone should receive an award. If members send a suggestion, please ensure that your suggestion is as detailed as possible with reasons why you are suggesting a person for an award.
